Detroit Kennel Dog Shows

The 108th and 109th Detroit Kennel Club Dog Shows will be held Saturday, March 3rd and Sunday March 4th at Cobo Hall in Detroit.  Tickets to the show are available at the door on the day of the event.  Click here for directions and event details.

MACS sponsors a booth annually at the Detroit Kennel Club dog shows. The booth features fundraising merchandise as well as informational brochures to raise awareness about animal cruelty and our adoption efforts.

MACS and MACS Jr will be making special appearances throughout the event, so bring your cameras!

 

Our booth is run mostly by volunteers, without whom this event would not be possible. A special thank you to all of our volunteers who help make the Dog Show a big success annually.



MACS volunteers generously donated their time as “MAX” and “MAX Jr” to walk around the dog show handing out coloring books to the kids and collecting donations for the shelter. Though it is a sweaty job, our volunteers love to see the smiles on the kids’ faces as they walk by.
